Tuberculosis (TB) remains a serious public health concern in Nigeria, with the country ranking among the top 10 globally for TB burden. Despite the availability of effective treatment, late diagnosis, stigma, poverty, and weak healthcare infrastructure continue to undermine TB control efforts, especially in underserved communities. This research examines the impact of health education on TB prevention in Otukpo Local Government Area (LGA) of Benue State. It highlights the socio-economic factors contributing to TB prevalence, including limited awareness, poor health-seeking behavior, and inadequate living conditions.
