Mental health and workplace Relationships are closely intertwined, A supportive work environment can positively impact employees mental health, while poor relationship can exacerbate mental health issues. According to American with Disabilities Act (ADA): Requires employers to provide reasonable accommodation for employees with disabilities, including mental health conditions. Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), also requires employers to provide a safe and healthy work environment, including addressing psychological hazards that can impact mental health.
