Following the recently concluded by-elections across the country, seven (7) vacant seats in the National Assembly were filled — comprising two (2) Senatorial District seats and five (5) House of Representatives seats. In addition, nine (9) vacant State Assembly seats were also decided.
According to reports from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the by-elections spanned 32 Local Government Areas (LGAs) across 12 states, involving 3,553,659 registered voters across 356 Registration Areas (RAs) and 6,987 Polling Units (PUs).
