Wednesday, February 25, 2026 | The National Assembly Library Executive Secretary, Rt. Hon. Henry Nwawuba, welcomed a delegation from the Conference of Speakers and Presidents of African Legislatures and the Otto Suhr Institute for Political Science, Berlin, Germany, on a courtesy visit.
Led by Amb. Dapo Oyewole, Secretary General of COSPAL, the delegation included Ms. Solape Sonuga, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Secretary General & Head of Programmes, and Professor Anja Osei of the Otto Suhr Institute.
Following a detailed presentation on the Africa Parliamentary Research & Knowledge Management Network, both parties formalized their partnership with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding—marking a significant step toward strengthening collaboration in legislative research, institutional capacity building, and knowledge management.
