Senator Simon Lalong Presents INEC 2026 Budget Estimates to Senate Appropriations Committee

In accordance with established legislative procedure, the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Electoral Matters, Senator Simon Bako Lalong, officially presented the 2026 budget proposal for the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to the Senate Committee on Appropriations today.

Senator Lalong, who represents the Plateau South Senatorial District, appeared before the committee to deliver the scrutinized estimates following an intensive review by his subcommittee.
