On Wednesday, The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Abbas Tajudeen received the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Nigeria, H.E. Yousef bin Mohammed Al-Balawi, at the National Assembly.
Furthermore, they discussed strengthening the long standing relationship between Nigeria and Saudi Arabia, particularly in education, diplomacy, and economic cooperation.
Speaker Abbas also called for expanded scholarship opportunities for Nigerians through parliamentary collaboration to better reach people at the grassroots.
Nigeria deeply appreciates Saudi Arabia’s decades of support in education and human capital development, and we look forward to even stronger bilateral ties for the mutual benefit of our two nations.
