Speaking as the chairman at the presentation of the book “The Female Diplomat: Navigating Power, Ambition and Identity” at Nigeria House in New York, Senator Bamidele emphasized that women’s participation in public governance must be treated as a strategic investment in human capital and institutional strength, rather than a mere act of favor.
