New Federal College of Nursing in Mangun: Bill Moves to Third Reading

The Nigerian House of Representatives has moved forward with the proposed Bill for an Act to Establish the Federal College of Nursing Sciences in Mangun, Plateau State (HB 1748). The Bill is sponsored by Hon. Ishaya David Lalu who represents Mangu/Bokkos federal constituency, Plateau state.
