Senate President Godswill Akpabio has officially commissioned the Full Scope Development of Akinwumi Ajibola Street in the Gaduwa District of Abuja, representing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the event.
During the ceremony, Akpabio delivered the President’s message, which highly commended the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Barrister Nyesom Wike, for his transformative approach to infrastructure. The Senate President noted that Wike has successfully redefined the culture of project delivery within the nation’s capital.
Conveying the President’s assessment of the current administration’s progress, Akpabio emphasized a significant departure from past political practices.
End of Abandoned Projects: President Tinubu stated that the era of mobilization without execution and abandoned projects is officially giving way to purposeful governance that delivers tangible results.
Inclusive Development: The Presidency acknowledged a deliberate effort to extend infrastructure development beyond the central business district and into Abuja’s various districts and satellite communities.
