The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen (PhD, GCON), alongside the leadership of the House, hosted a courtesy delegation from the Multi-Faith Network USA at the National Assembly in Abuja.
The delegation was led by Evangelist Bob Roberts Jr. (Co-Founder of the Multi-Faith Neighbors Network), alongside delegation members Daniel Langford, Terry Crist, Joel Rainey, Brian Lightsey, and Dan Carlton.

Speaker Abbas emphasized that the Nigerian House of Representatives—commonly referred to as “The People’s House”—is committed to maintaining harmony and cohesion across Nigeria’s diverse religious and ethnic communities.
The Multi-Faith Network USA detailed their core approach of humanizing faith communities by bringing people of different beliefs together to directly collaborate on local social and community projects. This practical collaboration builds mutual trust and encourages communities to stand up for one another during times of crisis.

Discussions highlighted the need for international partners and the global community to better understand Nigeria’s complex religious dynamics and ongoing peace-building initiatives.
Evangelist Bob Roberts reaffirmed that the Multi-Faith Network functions strictly as an apolitical organization focused on grassroots advocacy, religious freedom, and interfaith diplomacy.
